How Cashwatch™ fits

Cashwatch™ keeps a live 13-week view, ages debtors and drafts chase emails. This template is the paper version for workshops, boards or a first pass before you automate. Alfred prepares. You decide.

What to include (tick before you fill numbers)

Reconciled opening bank balance across every account that pays the bills

Customer receipts you can defend (due invoices, known payment dates)

Supplier payments on real terms

Payroll, pensions and contractors on the weeks they leave

Tax: VAT, PAYE, corporation tax, payment plans

Rent, finance and subscriptions

One-offs: stock buys, deposits, refunds, planned drawings

Honest late-debtor timing (do not put hope in week 1)

Thirteen-week grid
